The Federal
House of Representatives candidate of the Alliance for New Nigeria, ANN, Hon
Akeem Amosun has charged politicians across Nigeria to emulate the act of
kindness to the less privilege.

Amosun who is going to represent the people of Abeokuta South Federal
Constituency in 2019 said this while speaking with some reporters in the state
recently.
He said he
has started helping people right from secondary school days till now, and under
no circumstances will be stop the habit, most especially when he emerge as
House of Reps member.
In his
words, "What Holy Bible and Quran teaches us is that we should be good and
emulate the act of giving, the essence of life is how many lives you affect, it
is not about what we have, not about the building nor big car nor cloth we
have. It is about people you are making impact on, and that has always been the
philosophy of life.
"My life is about service to God and humanity, and I want to stand
by that under no circumstances, and I will encourage others to emulate it too.
It is important for people to be contended.
"My call to politics is about good governance, I mean good
representation of the people because our people is our priority, and we know
what they want, among which are the basic things of life, assurance and people
that will not deceive them.
"I believe what we are bringing to the table for our people with
both the party and our own ideology, most especially our approach to our
people, they know we will be able to affect the downtrodden.
"We don't cut out for godfatherism, our party is about the people,
that is how to affect the welfare of the people positively.
"I want to urge our people not to sit down at home during voting,
hence they should go out and vote massively for right candidates and also, they
should not engage themselves in vote-buying on that day." He concluded
The Igbore born philanthropist also noted that he has no single
relationship with the incumbent Governor Ibikunle Amosun, hence they are of
different family and town.
