Dr. Samson Odedina, Rector Mapoly, Comrade Ogunsipe Philip Banjo, Newly elected SSANIP President, Mapoly Registrar
The rector of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Dr Samson Adeola Odedina has received the newly elected National President of Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Polytechnics (SSANIP), Comrade Philip Banjo alongside his executives shortly after his emergence.
Philip Banjo is a Deputy Registrar in the Establishment Unit of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta and the first ever national president of National President of Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Polytechnics (SSANIP) Amebo Online Newspaper learnt.
During the reception, Dr Adeola Odedina gave his goodwill messages alongside fatherly gesture to the team.
He expressed his delight over the emergence of the first ever SSANIP president from a state owned institution and not ordinary institution but Moshood Abiola Polytechnic among others.
"I want to officially receive Comrade Philip Banjo Ogunsipe, who emerged as the first ever National President of Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Polytechnics (SSANIP) from a state owned institution alongside his excos on a thank you tour to the Management and staff of the Polytechnic today Monday, 7th October, 2019...I wish him well on this National Assignment. said Odedina."
He therefore, charged them to keep up the sense of commitment, dedication and patriotism as these attributes would certainly lift them to greater pedestal in life.
He advised the new executives to work together as a team and avoid actions that can bring their names and that of the University to disrepute.
