The newly appointed Secretary to Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government , Honourable Kola Lameed Muyindeen said all political parties in Ogun State have now become one which will give the ruling party (APC) a free ride in 2023 general elections.
Honourable Kola Lameed made this known in his office in Ado Odo Ota Local Government after an the spot assessment of the offices with other members of his team.
According to him " The new government is a government of inclusiveness which means everybody is going to work for the development of the State and the Local Government at large. That is why one can see in plain state today that all political parties have become one . Apart from that, there is a slogan going round the State now that " O Dapo , O believe , O ma danu ". Meaning if you don't join and believe in the team of His Excellency , Prince Dapo Abiodun, you have missed the way.
The present Government led by His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun has been able to prove to the people of Ogun State and the Nigerians at large that APC is the party that is why three times gubernatorial candidate, Alhaji Gboyega Nasir Isiaka and his followers in ADC promptly joined APC. The Peoples Democratic Party is not left out. So, who else. ? The governor has shown to the whole world that he is a Prince of Peace.
The council chairman , Alhaji Wasiu Lawal FCA assured the people of the Local Government that in a week time, the people will begin to see the positive impact of this team across the Local Government . He said they were appointed to serve the people of the local government which they will do wholeheartedly.
The SLG reiterated their commitment to bring government nearer to the people because the expectations of the people of the Local Government is very high now. He said with the cooperation of the team they will start from the area of revenue management and also expedite actions by evacuating all the refuse dumped at various areas across the Local Government .
