To assist the Nigeria Police Force effectively combat crime in Nigeria, Adron Homes yesterday donated 3 Patrol vehicles to the Ilisan Police Divisional Police, Inspector General of Police Squad Zone 2 and Hiace Bus to Police Community Relations Committee PCRC in southwest.
The Group Managing Director, Adron Homes and Properties, Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King and Wife handed over the donation to the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu who was ably represented by the Assistant Inspector General Zone 2 Ilyasu Ahmed at a ceremony held at the Ilisan, Ogun state.
Aare Adetola Emmanuel-King, who also double as Grand Patron of Police Community Relations Committee PCRC after investiture program said the multi-billion naira company was determined to support the government to combat crime and criminality, saying that anyone's investment in the state would grow only under a peaceful atmosphere and therefore security is paramount.

“Insecurity in the country has assumed a dreadful dimension which government alone cannot tackle but deserves support from well meaning individuals and stakeholders. Crimes, such as kidnappings, armed-robbery, religious killings, politically-motivated killing and ethnic clashes has become so worrisome, coupled with economic challenges occasioned by Corona-virus pandemic, and all these need to be contained by helping the police.”
"Not long ago, the status of security as a collective responsibility was brilliantly acknowledged and re-echoed by our dynamic Governor in Ogun State, His Excellency Prince Dr Dapo Abiodun MFR on June 5, 2020, where His Excellency inaugurated an 18-man Community Policing Committee, The Chairman of the Committee of His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr Sikiru Adetona, the highly revered Awujale of Ijebuland, while the Co-Chairman was the Ogun state commissioner of police. The composition of this committee simply affirms the conviction of our highly-thinking Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar Adamu, and all well-meaning people of this country when the talk is all about security, peace and progress." Also, cash gifts and award was given to gallant officers who stood firmly with the security outfits in the country.
The awarded officers were, CSP Uba Adams of Zone 2 Onikan, Abubakar Mohammed OC FSARS Ogun and CSP Abimbola Oyeyemi Abimbola, Police Public Relations Officer, Ogun State command among others.
